Balai Samaj Rishte shall mean and include the online platform, website, mobile applications, blog, social media accounts, or software program developed by the Service Provider from time to time about matrimonial service only. All the payments for services related to Balai Samaj Rishte are to be deposited in the name of “Balai Samaj Rishte”

 

Payments for the various services offered by Balai Samaj Rishte shall be on a 100% advance basis. All the payments for the services once paid will be non-refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. By using our services and making payments on the website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these payment terms & refund hereinafter referred to as Payment Policy. Please read the Payment Policy carefully. All the payments will be handled as per this Payment Policy.

 

Any other information provided by you on the site will be handled according to our "Privacy Policy", "Disclaimer" and "Terms of Use"

 

Service Provider does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service Provider provides the service on an "As Is" basis. However, the Service provider will take all necessary and important steps to provide its users with an error-free, uninterrupted user experience. There may be delays and interruptions in the availability of the services. The Users/Members should acknowledge that using the services is solely at their cost and risk. Service Provider is not responsible for suspension of the Services, irrespective of the reasons for such interruption/suspension.

 

1. Acceptance of this Payment Policy

This Payment Policy is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of use for making payments to purchase membership services on this website. This Payment Policy can be modified by the Service Provider at any point in time. Any such modifications will become effective at the discretion of the Service Provider. By accessing BalaiSamajRishte.com and making a payment, you accept this Payment Policy and agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

 

2. Purchase of paid membership

To purchase a 'Paid Membership', User has to register as a FREE/Unpaid member. Once the User is registered with BalaiSamajRishte.com, please follow the following steps to purchase a paid membership: -

Go to 'BalaiSamajRishte.com' and log in to your account.

B  From your dashboard click on the 'Upgrade to Connect' Option. You can choose the appropriate membership plan and follow all the instructions to make payments.

 

3. Methods of payment

Balai Samaj Rishte offers a wide range of Indian and International payment options. Users can make payments using major Credit cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking (Indian Banks Only), and by Cheque/Draft payable in Indian banks only.

 

4. Payment in case of international Credit/Debit Cards

Users can make payments using major international Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Payments are displayed in the local currency for the members residing in and accessing the site from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong. For all other countries, payments will be displayed in USD. Your bank may also charge a fixed transaction fee on the use of a debit/credit card. For debit cards please check with your banks also. Some banks do not allow using debit cards online.

 

5. Payment through Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer

Users can make the payment through Direct Deposit and Bank Transfer. Please notify the Service Provider after remitting the payment with the details of the amount, branch of deposit, and the service you paid for. The service provider will verify the payment and activate your chosen plan accordingly. 
 

6. Payment using check/cheque/draft

For payment made through cheque/draft, the package will become active only after the realization of the payment in the Service Provider’s Account. Before sending payment through cheque/draft please purchase the package on BalaiSamajRishte.com and select the payment option as Cheque/Draft. Users can send cheques/drafts through courier or registered mail or drop them in person at the address below. All payments must be drawn in Indian Bank and payment must be made in favor of the Account Name below. Please print and send the invoice along with your payment and mention your Balai Samaj Rishte Profile ID and Order ID on the payment

7. Safety while using online payment gateway

Every payment transaction you do on Balai Samaj Rishte is 100% secure. All payments are processed using a highly secured PayU Payment Gateway. This gateway uses one of the highest security levels available in the industry. To provide you with the highest level of security for sensitive data Balai Samaj Rishte does not collect and store any payment-related data (Credit/Debit Card and Account details). We redirect you to the secure site of our Payment Gateway partners to enter sensitive payment data directly on the interface provided by them.

Balai Samaj Rishte uses a third-party payment gateway and failure in these gateways would be communicated to the users as it is. Extra currency/conversion/charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway shall not be the responsibility of Balai Samaj Rishte

 

8. Refund for the amount paid

All membership purchases at Balai Samaj Rishte are final. The Service Provider does not refund or cancel any membership fees. Membership is co-extensive with the profile. Membership expires as soon as the profile is deleted or terminated, and cannot be reactivated. No refunds will be made in case the profile is deleted inactivated or terminated. Any exceptions to the refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of Balai Samaj Rishte. Only in a situation where the user upgrades to a higher package, then Balai Samaj Rishte management decide to adjust the money for unused month(s). No refund will be made if you upgrade in the last month of the membership plan. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees and processed within 3 weeks. In the case of an international credit/debit card the Payment Gateway will convert it to the equivalent amount in your local currency at the time of refund. The currency conversion rate at the time of the refund will be applicable here. In addition, banks and issuing authorities may deduct some additional fees which the Service Provider will not be responsible for.

 

9. Activation of Package

Ideally, for online payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking, the account/membership plan will be activated within 24-48 hours. If you are using a cheque/draft, then the account/membership plan will be activated within 48 hours after the payment realization in the Service Provider account. In case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or case of any technical issue in payment clearance, this activation may take some more time.

All services which are defined by any period indicated in Months shall imply one month to be equal to 30 days only and for any longer duration services, the total duration in days will be the number of months multiplied by 30.

 

10. Expiry of Package

Your package will expire once the duration for which you have purchased the membership is over. You can renew your package 30 days before its expiration to continue accessing the features.

 

11. Disputes Arising

All the disputes arising under the Privacy Policy shall be dealt with at the Indore Location by the mechanism stated in the Terms of Usage under the Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution clause.
